Tour Managers
Generally all our tours are joined by a Tour Manager, whose job it is to help ensure that everything on the tour runs smoothly and on time, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.
Alex Lacey
Alex Lacey is now in her fifth season working for Arblaster & Clarke as a Tour Manager. Alex used to work for the Champagne House Ruinart. She guides tours to France, Spain and the New World. |
Caroline Guizelin Brun
Caroline is known to many of you who have visited her family at Roger Brun. Her warm personality and enthusiasm for her native Champagne make her an excellent Tour Manager. |
Caron Fanshawe
Caron Fanshawe is the General Manager at Arblaster & Clarke and ensures the smooth running of the office. A great traveller, she also takes the occasional tour to Champagne, North America, Bordeaux and New Zealand. Prior to working for Arblaster & Clarke, Caron managed the programme at Christie’s Wine Education. |
Cindy-Marie Harvey
Cindy-Marie Harvey is our Senior Programme Manager. She takes many tours to Italy, Spain, Portugal and South America as the Tour Manager with great enthusiasm. Cindy-Marie also takes tours as a Wine Guide. |
Ellen Lewis
Ellen is our French Programme Coordinator and acts as Tour Manager on many of our French Tours. She has lived and worked in some of the best wine regions of France, including working at Champagne Taittinger. Ellen is full of joie de vivre and has a real passion for travelling, as well as good food and, of course, wine. |
Emma Bramley
Emma is the Marketing Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the marketing and works with Tim Clarke on the website, brochure and newsletters. As well as working in the office, Emma escorts the occassional tour. She has a strong interest in wine and good food, and an interest in sports, especially watersports. Emma is accredited with The Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Tourism Marketing and recently passed the WSET certificate with a distinction. |
Silvia Aprato
Silvia Aprato has a degree in translation & interpreting. Silvia is also a fully qualified professional Sommelier as well. She has a deep love of her native Piemonte and is particularly knowledgeable on the wine and food of the area, leading our Gourmet tours in this region. |
