New Year in Cascais & Evora

There will be two wine visits on this tour, and we are sure to taste many of the regions top wines at emals and tastings. For 2006/2007 we have chosen an unusual destination,with the combination of the UNESCO City of Evora in the Alentejo and Lisbon's most elegant seaside resort Cascais.

On the first day we visit two of the stars of the Alentejo where we dine in their superb restaurant, tasting the stunning wines.
The next day we spend a morning in Evora to give you time to explore and then head back to Cascais to prepare for the New Year's Dinner at the hotel. We stay at the elegant Albatroz , a converted manor house, and is situated on the Cascais harbour wall, near the seaside and the town.
The last day is spent in Lisbon, where we will have lunch and a tastings before departing home. You can either fly back then or stay on in Lisbon for a couple more days.
