The Star Clipper can accommodate 170 people, we restrict numbers to just 130, to have plenty of space to fully enjoy this beautiful ship.
Throughout the journey we invited winemakers on board to host tastings on deck in the fabulous , relaxed setting of the ‘Tropical Bar’. Each evening wines from the Club’s own cellars will accompany your dinner. Friendly and knowledgable Club staff will be on hand to tell you about the wines.

Itinerary
28 July Flight from London (and regional connections) to Nice. Transfer to Cannes. Welcome Champagne party on deck. Star Clipper sails from Cannes during dinner-time.

29 July Morning arrival into the lovely harbour of Calvi, Corsica. Included lunch ashore at a Corsican Wine Estate. Club suppliers UVAL came on board to host a tasting. Set sail early evening.

30 July Morning arrival at Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. Opportunity for water sports. Winemakers from Argiolas joined us for a tasting. Early evening set sail.

31 July Lunchtime arrival at Porto Santo Stefano, Italy. Wine Festival at a beautiful vineyard in the Morelino di Scansano region, just inland. Late night departure.

1 August Morning arrival in Portoferraio on the island of Elba. Optional guided walking tours to take in Napoleon’s villa when he was in exile. The local wine consortium and Slow Food suppliers joined us for tastings on deck. Depart early evening.

2 August Breakfast time arrival into the stunning small town of Portovenere on the Cinque Terre Coast, Italy. Optional boat and train excursions along the Cinque Terre, visits from local wine-makers, time for water-sports. Depart after dinner.

3 August Lunchtime arrival at Monaco, Monte Carlo. Time to visit the casino, Club suppliers from around France joined us, a superb gala party with stunning wines! Late night departure.

4 August Early morning arrival Cannes. Transfers to Nice airport for return flights.
