The Godfather of Wine

Italy is home to some of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions, and there’s something for everyone to get excited about here… From Veneto’s rich white Soave; to Piedmont’s great Nebbiolo wines and underdog Dolcetto. There’s nothing quite so satisfying as a glass of Sicily’s reassuringly rich Nero d’Avola; and of course who could forget Tuscany – home of Chianti. With such incredible variety, it is easy to see how Italy stepped out of France’s shadow.

Luxurious Landscapes

There’s so much that can be said for the appeal of Italy. This is the land of Dante, Titian, Verdi… and Prada. As impressive as they are Italy’s achievements exist beyond its galleries, plates and wardrobes. The country itself is a masterpiece of Mother Nature, that’s almost as diverse as the wine it produces. Travelling from north to south we encounter exquisite icy Alps and glacial lakes; before vibrant volcanic craters and tranquil turquoise grottoes.
