Your privacy is important to us and we do our utmost to comply with the law and more than that, with best practice in data management and security. Personal Information

We may collect and process your information for the purposes set out in our registration with the Office of the Information Commissioner, and disclose the same to our subsidiaries and other group companies for business purposes. We only collect personal information (names, contact details and holiday preferences etc.) directly, via our online booking forms, brochure request pages and email newsletter sign up page. We use this information to respond to your queries, confirm bookings and send out emails detailing new tours, news and offers. We also take on board any suggestions from guests on how to improve our tours and service. You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter Emails at any time by emailing us at marketing@winetours.co.uk

We never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to companies, websites or any other third party. The exception is where you travel on or enquire about tours that we are operating on behalf of other organisations such as Wine Clubs, Wine Merchants, the Telegraph Media Group (TMG) and other organisations, you are a client of or a member of the firm, club or organisation. We may share or be sharing your personal information them. For bookings made on the Tours that we offer for the Telegraph Media Group, please refer to their Data Protection Policy in the personal columns of the Telegraph Newspaper.

Technical Information and Cookies
