Depending on where you travel, you’ll find a diverse range of flavours to savour; the Ebro River Valley where Tempranillo is king, zesty whites and aromatic reds in the northwest, then there’s the coast, home to a diverse macro-region which produces everything from Cava to deep-red Monastrell.
